Addiction Medicine Services and Pricing

A message from Dr. Shuh - As of 12/03/2025, I became a board certified Addiction Medicine Physician. I will now be accepting Addiction Medicine patients on a limited basis. How this works - if you choose to see me as your Addiction Medicine Physician, I will also be your Family Physician. You will receive all the same services that my Family Medicine patients receive. That said, the fee increases. This is not only for the extra time that Addiction Medicine patients require, but also for specialty consultation. Prices are listed below. • 18 -44 years old - $110/month

• 45-65 years old - $130/month

• 66-99 years old - $150/month
